Brian Cantu is the Founder of Lectro and leads business development for the project. After creating the Lectro idea, his first job was to assemble the team and jump-start the project. That work continues today as leader of business development. Before Lectro, Brian’s business experience ranged from e-commerce, financial advisor, data card processing, payment integrations and various payment gateways. He worked for companies such as Global Payments, Heartland and TYSY. He also has a formal background in oilfield manufacturing sales. He started his first business when he was 19 years old. He founded the Lectro project on the idea of making the world a better place.
Thomas Corcoran comes from an extensive background of manufacturing and design. As always being passionate about innovation and creativity, he has taught himself some very functional skills from an early childhood. Having managed numerous businesses, Thomas is very professional and direct when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. A very wide range of experience includes: robotics engineering, automotive design and fabrication, programming/ automation, logical reasoning and problem solving, graphics design, team building and management, strategic marketing, and advanced manufacturing techniques. As being a heavily invested block-chain enthusiast and renewable energy supporter, he has developed his own concept of a future free of energy suppression by giving the public control of one of our most valuable commodities.
Owen Conflenti brings 20 years of media experience to the Lectro team, from radio and television news to marketing and advertising. Owen has conducted extensive research on blockchain technology and was an early-adopter of projects like Bitcoin, Dash and other altcoins before joining the Lectro Project. Owen is responsible for decisions related to branding, promotions and public relations.
Adam Gradzki brings experience developing data management, storage, and analysis solutions for businesses. His work as chief systems architect of a medical data analysis company leverages artificial intelligence, computer vision, and machine learning methods in the development of numerous user-facing portable web-based software applications, data storage solutions, data management best practices, and distributed big data analysis systems with state-of-the-art technology and methods to provide the knowledge and skills to interpret, use, and optimize business decision-making in a variety of business applications.
Pat Herbert began his career in 1976 at Smith International, where he became an Officer of the corporation in 1986. He joined Baker Hughes as an Executive Officer in 1988. He is a seasoned operations executive, having built companies from the ground up into market leaders in the energy industry and served as both division president and corporate officer of two of the largest oil service companies. Pat has managed large operations around the world. He has held numerous board positions, including Chairman, of both private and public companies. Pat also served as a member of an industry advisory board for the Department of Energy related to energy policy
Joel Thomas brings proficiency in Computer Embedded Systems: Assembly (ARM Cortex-M4), C/C++, Java, MATLAB, Arduino, Electronics/Circuit Analysis & Design Logic, and Oscilloscopes/Function Generators. He is also skilled in electronics, Vim, GNU/Linux and Emacs. He was instrumental in creating an Arduino-powered 3D-printed vending machine, programming a ZumoBot, and creating a schematic for an FM radio detector and implementing Operational Amplifiers and BJTs to create a smaller and cheaper circuit. Joel is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Lisa Qualls has been the principal founder of four companies in the oil and gas and technology sectors. Most recently, she has focused on the renewable energy sector, investing and assisting in the commercialization of several groundbreaking technologies focused on solar, wind, hydrogen fuel cell, power storage and power transmission. She has developed projects domestically and internationally ranging from micro-scale to projects worth $500 million US. Ms. Qualls devotes time to humanitarian efforts in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the United States. She has served on the board of two non- profit companies that provide medical and financial support for children in W. Africa and in the U.S. and is currently serving on the grant writing committee of a non-profit in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Jack Chang served as President of Asiana Corporation. Mr. Chang is an Innovative Entrepreneur with over 25 years of business and technology experience across multiple industries. His expertise is to conceptualize how technologies can benefit the well being of consumers and businesses and then actually transform the visions into realities. For nearly a decade, Patrick served in a senior position for an international company specializing in construction/completion software. He played a diverse role from managing internal operations, senior level development and business expansion to overseeing and managing corporate relations with Shaw Stone & Webster, Fluor Daniels, and Chicago Bridge & Iron. Patrick was recognized internationally for creating technologies for document automation in multi-billion dollar construction projects and domestically for creating a paperless system whose specification was dictated by CB&I to perform inspections in the first nuclear power plant built in the U.S. in over three decades. He has a wide range of experience in business operations/management to programming interactive graphical software suites and database-driven business applications.
Gerard Barrientos provides his varied experience in many areas of programming and software design. His knowledge includes Verilog, VHDL, MATLAB, Java, C++, C, MIPS, Microsoft Office, LTSpice, Sony Vegas Pro, Autodesk Inventor, Operating Systems, Windows and Linux. His project management and design work includes ROM-based Password Module and Integration and C++ Emulation of MIPS Coding. Other interests include digital painting and drawing, traditional drawing, video editing and cinematography.
Omar Luna has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications world. His experience covers different areas in the telecom industry, including RF, transmission, IP and VoIP. He worked for France Telecom implementing projects from GSM technology all the way to LTE. Omar also worked with numerous law enforcement agencies providing consulting services for network security. Currently, he is the CTO of Telconus, a company that provides engineering, construction and maintenance services to all the major carriers in the U.S (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
Rudy Auto Repair
Rudy Noureddin Lectro would like to express its appreciation to Rudy Noureddin, master mechanic extraordinaire and owner of Rudy’s Auto Repair in Houston, for his help in bringing the core team together. Three of the four Lectro founders were Rudy’s clients, and he knew of their respective interests in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
